We offer ‘COMPASS’- a comprehensive online/offline test which is divided into three sections- an aptitude assessment, a personality assessment and an interest assessment. On completion, a personalized report is generated showing the individual’s Aptitude, Personality and Interests, which is self-explanatory and suggests the best suited careers for him/her.

Step I -UNDERSTNDING YOUR NEEDS
A joint exploration with a qualified counselor that helps unravel your inner call and aspirations of a successful career.

Step II - ASSESSMENT OF YOUR APTITUDE, PERSONALITY & INTERESTS
Hidden within each one of you are talents, personality and interests waiting to be discovered. We use internationally standardized tests:
Aptitude Assessment –To unravel your inborn talent to excel in an activity more than others. It is a 48-minute assessment for candidate age 15-30.
Personality Assessment (The Big 5)- To unravel your characteristic thoughts, feelings and behavior that differentiate one individual from the other. It is a 4-minute assessment for candidates age 15 and above.
Interest Assessment (RIASEC Test)-To unravel the feeling of liking associated with an activity. It is a 4-minute assessment for candidates age 15 and above.

Step III - CONSOLIDATING YOUR POTENTIAL
On completion of the assessments we score, analyze and interpret the tests to determine your profile. Based on results, we chart a profile that is representative of the individual’s aptitudes,
interests and personality. The report consists of a representation of the professional’s standing on
their aptitudes, their personality characteristics and areas of interest as well as recommendations
and suggestions of suitable BEST FIT career options.

Step IV - EXPLORATION STRATEGIES
Every profession-be it medicine, engineering, law or management- demands certain aptitudes, personality factors and interests Based on your performance in the three assessments your facilitator will suggest the careers that are in alignment with your interests and values, and a chance to make a meaningful impact in the field that promise most success and enjoyment and enable you to explore career opportunities that fit in well with your skill set. You enjoy success
and satisfaction in that profession which taps your skills, personality and aptitudes the most.

Step V – ONLINE COUNSELLING
A one-to-one counselling and guidance session adapted to your individual needs with our consultant psychologist will be provided. Armed with all this information of your strengths and weaknesses, your hopes and aspirations will also be discussed. Through this session, our counselor will be explaining the reports in detail. Also, the queries and concerns of the individual candidate will be answered as far as career development, job search and skill development are
concerned. You will be guided on practical ways to set realistic goals, career transition and boost confidence. Thus, our aim is to enable you to explore career opportunities that fit in well with your skill set.

Step VI - FUTURE BY CHOICE
Abilities alone do not assure success, your choice makes all the difference. The COMPASS program helps to decide your “Future by Choice”.
